Grid points — invitation-only pads across roughly one hundred acres of ridge — where a Toroidal Field Sanctuary is not décor. It is architecture you can measure, and land-time you can inhabit.

Grid points on the Hummingbird Highway
A grid point, in our language, is a private residential placement on the ridge — not a hotel key, not a timeshare pitch. Each Toroidal Field Sanctuary occupies one of these points: a field chamber oriented to valley and silence, held inside a compound that keeps dirty power far from the room where you sleep.
If you are reading this because you felt the dusk stills — the circle over water, the canopy closing in gold — you are already tasting the atmosphere. Copper — circle walls only
A continuous copper conductive matrix runs in the circle walls only. The loop stops at each field chamber. Spa wing, garage, water, and pumps stay off the living circuit. Power bus and signal returns never mix with the copper loop. Continuity and measurement — not slogan.
Copper accents elsewhere on the estate may read as family language. The living circuit claim belongs to the Sanctuary circle.
Merkaba axis
A central vertical axis organises the twelve-sided plan: proportion, light path, ritual frame. Sacred geometry here is a design brief and a ritual frame; performance is verified with instruments. We do not claim the axis “activates” anything as medical fact. It holds the room so you can inhabit it differently.
Crystals and nodes
Crystalline resonance nodes sit at structural joints determined by the geometry — architectural, optical, dielectric accents on a documented layout. Materials with documented electromagnetic behavior, specified by continuity and measurement.
Twelve-gon acoustics
The chamber is a twelve-sided open volume — roughly seven hundred fifty square feet of radial room. Twelve-facet sound is treated as a controllable instrument: radial array, tactile path in the Schumann range as ambient architecture with a master OFF. Amplification and dirty racks live in the garage so the chamber stays quiet.
You can turn the instruments off. That is part of honesty.

2-bed dumbbell
The two-bedroom keeps the same mid rectangle and connects two field circles — each with its own copper loop — shared spa|kitchen, shared pool, shared garage. Contiguous roof language; circles stay optically and field-clean. Pricing sits above the one-bed start and is handled by private conversation only. We do not publish a full public price list.
No two placements are identical. Furnishings, art, and owner ritual finishes stay in conversation.
Solar on garage + center only
Solar is disciplined so the field chambers stay optically and field-clean:

Inverters and batteries stay in the garage. Circles remain the quiet instrument. This is not aesthetic fashion; it is electrical and optical discipline you can point to on a drawing.
Measurable off-grid — and light-body as intention
Every Sanctuary is designed to stand alone: solar and storage, rainwater catchment, septic, resilient communications. Power, water, waste, communications — without requiring a utility tether. Capability is the promise; line-item build costs and RFP tables stay off the public page.
That is the meters side.
On the meaning side, when we speak of light-body or energetic presence, we mean intention and spatial ritual — how the room asks you to inhabit time. Architecture intent is spatial and energetic literacy. It is not diagnosis, treatment, cure, detox, or any medical claim. Schumann-range ambient magnetics and tactile tone are instruments with a master OFF — not a clinic.
